With the Rabbitohs App on the new Network, you will be required to set up your Rabbitohs Account using the email address linked to your Membership.
To set up your account on the Rabbitohs App, please ensure you have downloaded the latest version on your Apple or Android device and follow the steps below.
Click Sign up located at the bottom of your screen.
Proceed to enter your details as per the screenshot below using the email address linked to your Membership (if applicable) - make sure not to forget your password!
You will then receive an email prompting you to verify your account.
You are now ready to use the Rabbitohs App.
If you have already set up your Rabbitohs Account and have forgotten your password, simply follow the steps below.
Click Forgot password on the bottom of the screen.
Enter the email address linked to your Rabbitohs Account.
You will then receive an email as per below which will prompt you to reset your password after clicking "Get a new password".
Enter your new password and confirm then click submit, and you'll be ready to go!
