You no longer need to submit a seating request to change seats. If you hold a Reserved Seat, you can change your seat via your Rabbitohs.com.au account.
First, login with the email associated with your membership.
Then, access your DASHBOARD by pressing the grey bunny icon in the top right corner.
Once you have located the DASHBOARD, open the SEATS tab on the left side.
There, you will be able to 'Change seats' via the seating map
*Please note that you will only be able to change seats in your membership allocated bay. To upgrade seats after the renewal period, Please get in contact with the Customer Experience Team.
If the seat you want isn't available, it is best to check again in the new year to see if it has become available.
