If you need to amend your order, the process will depend on whether your order has been dispatched or is already in transit. 

If your order has not been dispatched: 

  1. Reach out to the Rabbitohs Customer Experience Team as soon as possible to inform them of the desired amendments to your order. You can contact them via phone at 02 8306 9996 or email at shop@rabbitohs.com.au. Provide them with all the necessary details regarding the changes you wish to make.

If your order is already in transit:

  1. If your order is already in transit, it is advisable to wait until you receive the items before proceeding with any amendments. Once you have received the items, you can initiate the process of exchange or return.

  2. If you need to exchange or return the items, you have two options: a. In-person return: You can return the items to the USANA Rabbitohs Centre store in Marourbra. Ensure that you bring the items and any relevant documentation or receipts. b. Postal return: Alternatively, you can return the items by post. Send them to the following address: Locked Bag 1908, MATRAVILLE NSW 2036. Include a note detailing your request and the necessary information for processing the return or exchange.


Once the Rabbitohs Customer Experience team receives your returned items, they will be in contact with you to facilitate the return or exchange process. They will guide you through any necessary steps and assist you in making the desired amendments to your order.
