Our open training sessions involve our Captains Runs which takes place the day before a Sydney game and generally begins at 9am. The Captains Run training sessions offers a special opportunity for our Members and fans to observe the team's training process as well as to gain insight into the boys training routines and preparations before a game.
Our Captains Runs are held at the USANA Rabbitohs Centre, 417/439 Bunnerong Rd, Maroubra NSW 2035.
Captains Run sessions are subject to change locations for away games so it is best to email our Customer Experience Team on thumper@rabbitohs.com.au or call 02 8306 9900 in advance to confirm.
