Any changes to your Membership will need to be sent in writing. Please email [email protected] with your request and our Customer Experience Team will action this for you.

Please include as much detail as possible like your Membership number, address, contact number, who the Membership is for and the type of Membership you wish to upgrade to (including if they are an Adult, Junior or Concession). 

You also have the option to pay your membership in full or in 12-monthly installments so you can let us know your preference in your email.
