Please ensure you have entered the correct address when selecting your 2025 Membership pack. 

If you have changed addresses after ordering your Membership pack, please notify our Customer Experience team via email [email protected] so we can update your details accordingly and check the status of your Membership pack.

If your Membership pack has already been dispatched, we advise implementing a mail redirection plan with Australia Post to automatically redirect your Parcel. 

Alternatively, we can assist with re-ordering your Membership pack for a fee.
