If you want to cancel your order and request a refund, the process will depend on whether your order has left the warehouse or has already been dispatched

If you order is yet to leave our warehouse, please reach out to the Customer Experience Team as soon as possible to cancel your order. You can contact them via email at [email protected]. Provide them with the necessary details of your order and request the cancellation.

Once you have communicated your request to cancel the order, the Customer Experience Team will assist you in processing a refund. They will refund the amount back to the account you used to make the purchase.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait until you receive the item. Once you have received it, proceed with returning the item. Package the item securely and include a note with your request for cancellation and refund. Send the item, along with the note, to the following address: Locked Bag 1908, Matraville NSW 2036.
